The property is beautifully designed with great ambiance.
During my stay, the mosquito issue was unbearable, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor areas. Additionally, the food service was frustratingly slow, with one instance taking almost an hour to receive our orders. Lastly, I was disappointed by the beach. the water was unclear and not suitable for swimming, which was a letdown since I had hoped for a relaxing beach experience.

beautiful design and decoration, eco-friendly initiatives, secluded beach for relaxation
Some suggestions for improvement!!! Breakfast should start at 7 am instead of 8 am for early excursions!!! Additionally, the pool area could use extra hammocks for better relaxation options!!!

The staff invited us for a round of drinks one evening, creating a lovely communal atmosphere that made our stay feel special.
We experienced a lengthy wait time of 55 minutes for food service on one occasion, which was frustrating and could be improved.

missingWrote a review on Sept 26chunky beachpoor breakfast
the beach is sooo not a swimming beach, more like a chunky clay nightmare, ugh. also, breakfast should start at 7 am, not 8, like, who expects to wait for coffee? I expected maybe a complimentary drink for these inconveniences, but alas, just regular treatment here. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

No bells, no whistles, just facts
A delightful getaway! The "arbolita" cabin encapsulated comfort, surrounded by trees and a peaceful lake view. Breakfast options were healthy and to-go meals were available for early excursions. The small hotel boasts a lovely pool and free yoga classes. Clean rooms with friendly staff made our stay unforgettable.

I had a fantastic time during my stay, especially enjoying the delicious breakfasts and the refreshing saltwater pool. Just a heads up, I found the beach not quite suitable for swimming. I would definitely come back again!

Family favorite getaway
We traveled with our 17-year-old daughter and her friend and stayed in a beautiful bungalow! The outdoor shower was perfect and we enjoyed the open air yoga studio. The restaurant next to the pool had delicious passion fruit cocktails. A lovely spot to unwind!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering the experience, it was fair.
